I've spent 16 years in design and digital. Print to pixels. Agencies to products. Execution to strategy.

Somewhere in that journey, the question changed.

It stopped being "is the work good?" and became "is the gap closing?" Because I'd seen good design that didn't convert. Good content that didn't build pipeline. Good products that didn't reach the people who needed them. The work was right. The revenue wasn't there.

That's not a craft failure. That's a system failure.
